Terms of Agreement for Pence Creative Interiors Designer Virtual Assistant Services

NOTE: This is not your full designer virtual assistant contract. It is a summarization of the terms for PCI design services.
1. Designer Virtual Assistant services are an online conceptual design service only. Any deliverables provided for this project are not intended for construction purposes.
2. As the client, you agree to provide FULL information regarding the requirements for this project.
3. Pence Creative Interiors will perform the agreed-upon services as expeditiously as is consistent with the professional skill required for this project.
4. Pence Creative Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods, or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation, or safety precautions in connection with this designer virtual assistant service.
5. Pence Creative Interiors cannot be held responsible for the direct or indirect cost and expense of arranging repairs, replacements, or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with the recommendations for this project.
6. Client may cancel up to 24 hours after payment has been received. After that, no refunds will be issued.
