Similar to how we ensure our client's homes are in top condition, our (virtual) design studios sometimes require a bit of attention. However, finding the time for it can be challenging when managing a thriving design business. Whether you've recently started using Mydoma without a concrete organizational process, undergone a recent rebranding, or find administrative tasks cumbersome, I can assist you in optimizing your studio, allowing you to focus on what you do best in the most efficient manner possible!
How It Works:
Add me to your Mydoma studio by making sure you have purchased a seat for a 'team member' and designate me as your project manager. This will allow me to have access to all aspects (that you choose) of your studio to ensure that everything is set up and functioning properly for you.

- 1-hour call (phone or Zoom) to discuss your studio needs and design process pain points
- Overall Studio Audit
- Organization & customization of your studio
- Custom templates for future studio use to streamline your process
- Interactive post-studio setup education via Zoom
- Loom library of recorded educational videos specific to your design business/studio
- 30 days post studio setup support
Pricing:
Basic Mydoma studio setup pricing starts at $250.00 and will vary based on the scope of your project and number of requested templates and customizations. A custom quote will be created and sent to you for approval prior to invoicing.
Timeline:
Most Mydoma studio setup services are completed within a 2 week turnaround, but your timeline will vary based on scope and your current position in my queue as DVA services are handled on a first come, first served basis.
