Whether you're new to Mydoma and don’t have a structured system in place, recently rebranded, or just find admin tasks overwhelming, I’m here to help you streamline your studio so you can focus on what you do best – designing!

How It Works:
To get started, add me to your Mydoma studio by purchasing a 'team member' seat and designating me as your project manager. This access will allow me to work within the aspects of your studio you choose to share, ensuring everything is set up to run efficiently and effectively. To tailor the service to your needs, I’ll also need a detailed list or general flowchart of your design process, how you typically work with clients, and any niche you specialize in, if applicable.

Deliverables:

• 1-Hour Call (Phone or Zoom): A consultation to discuss your studio needs, identify any design process pain points, and establish your goals.
• Overall Studio Audit: A thorough review of your current Mydoma setup to identify areas for improvement.
• Studio Organization & Customization: Optimizing the structure of your studio for better functionality, including folder systems, workflows, and client communication templates.
• Custom Templates: Creation of reusable templates for project management, proposals, and more to streamline future work.
• Interactive Post-Setup Education (via Zoom): A live walkthrough of the new studio setup to ensure you’re comfortable navigating and using the customized features.
• Loom Library of Educational Videos: A collection of recorded video tutorials tailored specifically to your design business and studio processes.
• 30 Days of Post-Setup Support: Ongoing assistance to address any questions or additional needs as you adapt to the new system.

Pricing:
Each studio setup will be priced according to the project's specific needs, including the number of templates requested, the level of customization, and the overall scope of work. A personalized quote will be provided for approval before invoicing.

Timeline:
Most setups are completed within a two-week turnaround. However, timelines may vary based on the project scope and current availability, as services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
